Matheuzza tenho atuado desde 2024 como consultora e curadora de projetos nos Estados Unidos ao lado de organizações não-governamentais como Black Migrant Power Fund e All Due Respect. Entre 2024 e 2025 atuou como conselheira no Transgender and Gender Non Conforming (TGNC) Subcommitte parte do Intersectional Power Fund responsável por aconselhar o fundo a selecionar organizações a receberem fundos para as suas operações. Entre 2025 e 2026 fez parte do Sustaining Immigrant Organizers Cohort organizado pela All Due Respect Organization responsável por produzir um documento de orientação, suporte e estratégias para diretores executivos, fundadores e organizers across America a fim de mitigar os desafios enfrentados por organizers.

Matheuzza has been working as a consultant and project curator in the United States since 2024, alongside non-governmental organizations such as the Black Migrant Power Fund and All Due Respect. Between 2024 and 2025, she served as an advisor on the Transgender and Gender Non-conforming (TGNC) Subcommittee, part of the Intersectional Power Fund, responsible for advising the fund on selecting organizations to receive funding for their operations. Between 2025 and 2026, she was part of the Sustaining Immigrant Organizers Cohort, organized by the All Due Respect, responsible for producing a resource of guidance, support, and strategies for executive directors, founders, and organizers across America to mitigate the work challenges faced by organizers.
